I noticed my son (in his 30’s) had whiter teeth, and he said he used Crest Whitening strips. I used them (the 10 day kind) and after about 5 days my teeth began to hurt. After a few days they felt better. They did look noticeably whiter after just 5 days…I just can’t use them because my teeth are sensitive.
