Susan Boyle Makeover - Should She Whiten Her Teeth?

Tuesday April 28, 2009

Susan Boyle is quickly becoming a house hold name. She captured our hearts during her first appearance on "Britain's Got Talent," not only because she possesses the voice of a true angel, but perhaps more so due to her unassuming, frazzled appearance. For some strange reason, people automatically assume that an attractive person will automatically sound as good as they look, while a person possessing undesirable looks easily breaks glass every time they attempt to sing their favorite song (Do you remember William Hung?)

Susan recently jumped on the makeover wagon in order to improve her appearance. She has received some negative press since going ahead with a makeover. Many critics think her "down home" image was precisely what set her apart from her competition.
Considering she has already made some noticeable changes to her appearance, should Susan Boyle consider whitening her teeth? Maybe she should consider contacting a celebrity dentist for veneers, to achieve that "million dollar smile" synonymous with almost every big-name celebrity? From what I can see in the video from her performance, she has a fairly attractive smile with relatively straight teeth. Is it possible Susan Boyle wears dentures?

Whitening your teeth, even changing your smile with veneers, greatly enhances your overall appearance and for many, improves self-esteem. Maybe a dental makeover is what Susan Boyle should consider next? What do you think?

This is completely up to her. If she wants to, sure. If not, that’s ok too.

Honestly if she wants to whiten her teeth then it is completely her decision.. Seemingly, no one can do anything nice for themselves without receiving criticism–especially those with fame

I agree with the comments, it is her personal decision. Teeth whitening can cause a drastic change in a smile though.
