Too, I'm not sure I want to deal with moving the sinus, bone grafts, etc. - again, lots of $$. This could be a possibility since we're talking upper jaw.
I've been researching partials, and am really not sure I could ever get used to the metal bar that would rest against the roof of my mouth. What's the scoop on the "flexible" partials? What if I were to just do the 2 teeth on the upper left hand side...with metal clips? How stable would that be?
I would appreciate any input/guidance. Thanks so much for reading.

I’m not a fan of partial dentures, but they do have their place. Sounds like you’re a potential candidate for one since you have missing teeth on both sides.
If you’re looking for a temporary solution, you can opt for a less-expensive acrylic partial denture. If you want long term, go for the cast metal frame.
Flexible partials are MORE bulky than metal framed ones. The only advantage they offer is pink clasps instead of metal ones.
Make sure you order durable teeth for a partial denture. The biggest problem I see is soft denture teeth that wear down and allow the opposing teeth to over-erupt.

For your Case,Partial denture is a good choice,as u r much concerned about money.
Dont go for the flexible Partial Denture,or the acrylic partial denture.
you`ll get used to the metal bars soon Inshallah. don`t worry and opt for Cast Partial Denture.

I think the best option is to talk with a lot os dentists e see what is the best thing for you, the results that you want and how much money do you have.
I thin it is a matter of how much you have to spend. Dental impants overall would be a much better choice. You don’t have to worry about them falling out.
With finances aside, I would choose for dental implants everytime. A partial denture is a compromise.
