This is of X-ray of a 62 year old man was shot in the head with a pellet gun and the bullet is permanently lodged in his jaw. The odd looking appliance in the lower middle of this X-ray is called a dental implant bar. This patient had lower dental implants with a bar attached to hold his lower denture in place.
