See a dentist before the 1st birthday

It's very important to take your child to the dentist, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry suggests taking your child to the dentist no later than their first birthday. In addition the reasons suggested in this article, if you leave crooked baby teeth alone, the child's adult teeth won't grow in properly.

1 st 2 teeth

My son was 6 months old when he got his 1st 2 teeth on the bottom and now he is getting 1st tooth on the top. He does not seem as cranky as when the bottom were coming in. He looks so cute. Before he started getting his teeth i started feeding him big person food.

when did your baby get their first teeth

my baby is 51/2 months and he's got his 1st lower incisor. The months leading to the growth of this 1st tooth he was hitting his gums hard with his fist like boxing kind of. He is not a cry baby, thank God, but he was hitting himself hard. I think because the gum was itchy it was quite funny and interesting, now that the tooth has broken thru. I don't see him hitting himself so I guess the itchy days are over, but I am so eager to see my 1st toothy smile. ooo my love
