Would You Consider Being Tested for HIV by Your Dentist?

HIV testing has slowly become less invasive and therefore much less intimidating, thanks to testing capabilities such as the OraQuick RAPID HIV-1/2 Antibody Test, which uses saliva to obtain the results in 20 minutes.

Dr. Catrise Austin, a Manhattan dentist, offers the oral HIV test in her dental practice, with the majority of her patients accepting the HIV test when offered it.
